The circumstances of establishing constructive communication between the artist and the audience in order to present and comprehend the artistic work, as well as recognizing the barriers and efficient solutions in this filed are amongst most significant issues in which paying attention to them leads to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of this relationship. Paying attention to the audience's feedback about the artwork and considering his taste is one of the first principles of establishing a proper human communication between the artist and the audience. This study is conducted in order to identify human interactions between artists in visual arts and their audiences using grounded theory. The statistical population was selected theoretically and included 14 experts in the fields of art and communications. Data gathering tools included interviews, transcripts, coding and summaries and data analysis was carried out by grouping of categories and themes. The results indicated that interactions between artists and audiences in the society are affected in various factors, the most important of which include the human aspect of the interactions. According to the opinion of the participants in the research, the effects of economic, social, communication and cultural problems in the interaction between artists of visual arts and their audience in the society was proven.
